We were all delegates at the Democratic National Convention last week and we all voted ‘No’ on the Democratic Party platform.

Now, let us be clear. We will do everything in our power to help defeat Donald Trump and make sure Joe Biden wins on November 3rd.

The DNC Party Platform didn’t include Medicare for All. I constantly hear from constituents who are suffering under our broken for-profit healthcare system, demanding we push for a single-payer system that protects us all.

We voted ‘No’ on the platform because we must be pushing for policies that will treat every person in our country with dignity and guarantee healthcare as a human right.

This is why Justice Democrats’ work is so important. They are fighting every day to elect progressive candidates who will advocate for Medicare for All.
