Last year, I filmed a video reminding our military of their oaths to the Constitution and their right to refuse illegal orders. Trump called it "seditious behavior, punishable by death."

He tried and failed to indict me for going against him. I still stand by my words: Don't give up the ship.

His attempts to target and punish his political enemies didn't start or end with me. He has been weaponizing the Justice Department to go after his opponents since he realized he could.

Letitia James, Jerome Powell, Senator Adam Schiff, James Comey...the list goes on. His efforts, thankfully, have almost all failed. But he keeps trying. Most recently, he's been targeting Representative LaMonica McIver for attempting to investigate conditions in an ICE facility.

Trump's behavior is not only vindictive but wrong, unconstitutional, and un-American.

As someone who's faced his DOJ cronies and come out the other side, and just as a citizen who also wants answers for Trump's barbaric immigration policy, I stand proudly with Rep. McIver. Will you join me? [[link removed]]
