Dear john,
Our nation and world have experienced so much trauma in 2020, and it's
almost unfathomable to add another crisis to the list of challenges we
face. But yesterday, our hearts broke as Hurricane Laura made landfall
as a Category 4 storm, leaving destruction in her wake in Louisiana and
Texas. We immediately put our response plan into action.
As a member of the Partnership for Humanity, a consortium of NGOs and
FEMA, we activated our network and prepared to provide assistance in the
form of warehouse space, truck usage and flood buckets and kits

You are part of something extremely special: a global body of Hunger
Champions that was built from the ground up, one volunteer, faith group,
Rotary club and corporation at a time, more than 20 years ago. This
group is one that radiates resilience in the midst of extreme challenges
like this one. Again and again, we rise together to assist our global
neighbors in crisis. We're asking that you join us, as you have so many
