THEN: The polls showed a statistically TIED race for president and Senate.

NOW: A top election forecaster downgraded our race from “Lean Democratic” to “Toss-Up” and another is saying Minnesota “is the most winnable Clinton '16 state for Trump.”

Republicans plan to win Minnesota. We’ve been the Trump campaign’s top target from the very beginning, and I’ve been sounding the alarm for months that this race would tighten. Now, it has — nearly two months from Election Day.
