Noting our progressive candidates’ astounding victories over long-term
Democratic incumbents Diana DeGette in Denver and Adriano Espaillat in New
York, the New York Times just laid out their list of which Democrats are
next on the chopping block.

Who’s at the very top of the list? Shri Thanedar of Michigan and Wesley
Bell of Missouri.

These two Do-Nothing Democratic incumbents are most at risk of losing
their seats to primary challengers — our very own Donavan McKinney and
Cori Bush — on August 4th.

Both Shri and Wesley are backed by AIPAC and their network of right-wing
megadonors and shell PACs, along with corporate PACs and lobby groups like
Big Tech and Big Pharma. They’re already flooding these races with
hundreds of thousands of dollars in ads and misinformation.

But they tried the same playbook in Denver and New York last month, and we
overpowered them through the power of grassroots organizing and
small-dollar donations from everyday people like YOU.

Our progressive movement’s momentum right now is undeniable. This year,
voters are showing they’re ready to replace out-of-touch career
politicians with progressive fighters who will actually put working people
ahead of powerful interests.

Now, we need to fight like hell over these final three weeks to unseat two
more establishment incumbents and send Donavan and Cori to join the rest
of our slate in Congress.
