South Asia
Praise God for a young family recently rescued from a crab farm, who are now thriving in freedom. This family had been exploited for years by powerful businessmen. Tragically, the family lost their baby earlier this year and had to bury him at the worksite. After being rescued by the government and an IJM partner in March, they are now living safely with relatives and recovering from their trauma. Our team visited them last week, and they shared their joy and hope since becoming free. Praise God for their resilience and keep praying for their restoration!
Latin America
Pray for Gina, a courageous mother and survivor in Peru. She will be undergoing surgery for cancer after years of balancing medical treatment, work, family responsibilities and the pursuit of justice for her daughter, who is also a survivor. Ask God to guide the medical team with wisdom and skill, grant Gina deep peace and strength and provide the financial, emotional and practical support her family needs during her recovery. Pray that Gina and her children would continue to experience healing, hope and renewed strength for the journey ahead.
Africa & Europe
Praise God for this remarkable answer to prayer as Charles Waithaka and Japheth Omariba have been released after the High Court of Kenya overturned the convictions that had wrongly kept them imprisoned for years. Throughout their long and difficult ordeal, both men remained steadfast in their faith. Pray that God will bring them complete healing, restore what was lost during their years of imprisonment, and grant them wisdom, strength, and hope as they reunite with their loved ones and begin rebuilding their lives in freedom.
Asia Pacific
Praise God for growing support among national leaders in Cambodia to ensure survivors of human trafficking help shape the policies that affect their lives. The National Committee for Counter Trafficking affirmed the importance of survivor leadership and is exploring a working group that would bring survivor voices into key anti-trafficking efforts and national planning. Pray that God would guide the next steps, grant wisdom to government and community partners and create meaningful opportunities for survivors to help strengthen protection for others.

Beginning July 10, participants from across the United States will gather online each Thursday afternoon through August 14 to listen to Good News About Injustice by Gary Haugen and discuss it together. No preparation or book purchase is needed. Each 45-minute Zoom session includes 20 to 30 minutes of audiobook listening followed by a 15-minute discussion, and participants are welcome to attend as many sessions as their schedules allow.
