As summer draws to a close, I wanted to give you a quick update on some
great opportunities for students and Young Republicans!

*MRP Internship Program*

- Applications are now being accepted for our Fall 2019 Michigan
Republican Party Internship Program
- College and High School students are eligible to apply
- Earn college credit while building great resume experience in
business, political operations, marketing, finance, or other key areas of
interest
- Please email resumes to [email protected].

*Young Republicans*
Check out the all new Michigan Young Republicans website for meeting
updates and opportunities to get involved in a local chapter (
www.michiganyr.org).

The Young Republicans are also looking for sponsors to help in these
historic efforts. Please visit www.michiganyr.org/donate to contribute
today!

*College Republicans*
We've put together a great program for College Republicans interested in
attending the* Mackinac Republican Leadership Conference*. Current students

*Teenage Republicans*
Know any high school students eager to get involved? Starting a Teenage
Republican Club in your local high school is a great way to build
leadership skills and make a difference in your community. Email

*Leadership Committees and Additional Internship Opportunities*
Opportunities are available for appointment to various Youth Committees
throughout the state. In addition several campaigns and organizations are
looking for both paid and unpaid interns for the Fall and Winter seasons.

Charlie Kirk is coming to Troy on September 26th! *Special $25 student

*About Paul: Paul Stephens was elected Youth Vice Chairman of the Michigan
Republican Party at the February 2019 State Convention. Paul previously
served in a variety of Republican Leadership positions including as Youth
Chairman of the Oakland County Republican Party. Outside of politics, Paul
studies Mechanical Engineering at Kettering University in Flint, and works
for one of Detroit's Big Three automakers in manufacturing engineering.
