I wanted to send you a quick note to update you on the state of the race before asking you to make a donation.

Recently we got some good public polling that shows our movement has entirely wiped out Joe Kennedy’s polling lead. You could feel it on the ground and now it is clearly in the data — the race is trending in our direction.

But there’s a catch here: We can’t be one hundred percent certain about how pollsters are modeling this race. Massachusetts has never done vote by mail or early voting at the scale we are doing this time. No one is exactly sure how big the electorate will be or who will vote.

So we absolutely cannot lose focus here. We need to get every possible vote that we can to make sure we win this race.

Look, you know I’m no fan of the "pollercoaster," and there are still plenty of undecided voters that this thing could go either way. So let’s ignore the polls and focus on the organizing. That’s how we win.
