Back in December 2019, Jeff Van Drew betrayed our state, our district and our values by switching parties and pledging his “undying support” to Donald Trump instead of the South Jersey families that he was elected to represent. Last night, Jeff got another political payback, with a primetime speaking role on the Republican National Convention’s final night. It’s another reminder of why Van Drew switched parties -- to help himself, not the people he was elected to represent. 

We’re going to beat Jeff Van Drew this November and take back the seat that Democrats fought so hard to win in 2018. I need your support now to make sure that happens.

I am running for Congress to fight for middle class families and small businesses in South Jersey. I will never let politics get in the way of the things people need most, like quality, affordable healthcare and an economy that works for everyone. So remember, while Jeff Van Drew speaks at Trump’s convention and tries to advance his  political career, I’m focused on talking to voters in South Jersey about what we can do to expand access to healthcare and help our economy recover from COVID-19. We know Jeff’s brand of leadership isn’t working for South Jersey. Not for the thousands of our family, friends and neighbors who have been lost to COVID-19, not for the businesses shuttered or the people without an economic lifeline, not for any of us. We need a change-- both in Washington, and in our district.
