Hi, friends - I'm reaching out with some urgent news. We set a goal to raise $25,000 before tomorrow's reporting deadline - but as of today, we're still $14,900 short.

Because Gov. Edwards is the incumbent, opponents and pundits alike will scrutinize his fundraising totals. If we come up short - like we're currently projected to - you can bet our opponents will pounce and spend like crazy to try to defeat us.

Since this is so pressing, a group of donors has offered to match every dollar that's donated between now and midnight tomorrow. Can we count on you to give $5 now and have it go twice as far in hitting this goal to help Gov. Edwards win reelection?
