This cycle has made one thing abundantly clear, the appetite for bold,
progressive leadership is only growing.

Over the last two weeks, we’ve had tremendous wins, electing Melat Kiros
in Colorado and Darializa Avila Chevalier and Claire Valdez in New York,
making that six progressive leaders we are sending to Congress.

Now people are taking notice!

This week, The Intercept published a feature on the movement reshaping
Democratic politics. The headline says it all:

[ [link removed] ]"There's a new Democratic machine. It's unabashedly socialist."

The article explains how organizations like Justice Democrats, alongside
our partners, are building the infrastructure to take on the political
establishment and win!

As our Communications Director said:

“Justice Democrats has the expertise to run federal challenger primaries
— embedding in campaigns as staff and advisers, managing budgets,
recruiting and training candidates, coordinating donors and leading
independent expenditure programs,”

“Combining that expertise with local DSA’s immense field and organizing
power, which is unmatched in cities like NYC, delivers these monumental
victories.”

Our victories didn't happen by accident. They happened because supporters
like you invested in recruiting bold candidates.

After Melat’s victory, our Communications Director summed up this cycle in
one sentence:

We couldn’t agree more.

We are not slowing down. Every victory we celebrate today makes the
establishment more determined to stop the next one. That's why we're
already preparing for our remaining primaries in August, just a few weeks
away.

We have to keep this momentum going through November and beyond if we’re
going to finally have a government that puts the working class first.
