Last week, ICE agents detained more than 10,000 people after doubling their daily quota. Right now, people detained are being denied basic human rights. When I visited the California City Detention Center, I saw people being denied medical attention. I saw rocks in the food. I saw people shivering because they didn’t have clothes.
This isn't law enforcement. It's an agency operating with too little accountability and too much power.
That's why I'm calling to abolish ICE and replace it with an agency that respects the Constitution, the rule of law, and basic human rights.

✅ Vote no on any DHS bill that funds ICE.
✅ Repeal the multi-year $75 billion funding for ICE.
✅ End qualified immunity for ICE agents.
✅ Investigate and prosecute every single ICE agent who broke the law.
✅ End the Kavanaugh stops with racial profiling and the militarization of ICE.
✅ Codify a use-of-force standard so courts can enforce the law against rogue ICE agents.
✅ Tear down and replace ICE with an agency that has oversight.
✅ Prohibit masks and mandate body cameras and visible identification for immigration officers.
✅ Establish human rights standards at immigration detention facilities.
