It is, was, and has always been Michigan.
Control of the Senate will run through this state, and given the events of this week I am hoping that you will step up and make a contribution to the Michigan Senate Democratic Nominee fund -- money that will be available on DAY ONE for whoever wins the nomination.
Earlier this week, Mallory McMorrow dropped out of this race. She ran a campaign rooted in her vision for the future. I appreciate her hard fought run, and I look forward to working with her in the future.
That leaves two candidates, both of whom will spend every last dollar they have in order to win the primary while Mike Rogers stashes away his cash to hammer them with attacks the moment they become the nominee.
A contribution to the Michigan Senate Democratic Nominee funds ensures the eventual nominee will have the resources to combat those attacks.

Michigan is a swing state, full stop. And anyone who feels good about Democrats chances this election because of the "environment" needs to understand that Republicans aren't going to light tens of millions of dollars on fire to take this seat just for fun.
Trump won here in 2024. They can win again.
We all have a role to play in making sure that doesn't happen.
