This week, Jenny Racicot said Graham Platner raped her in her own home.
The Democrat running for Senate in Maine denies it and has not quit. He
needs to drop out now.
Here is what patriarchy does to women who believe in something bigger: it

For too long, women have been asked to protect men who abuse power, as
long as they stood on “our side.” We are done.
Platner has until July 13 to leave the ballot, but he should resign today.
Sexual assault should end a campaign, in any party, every time a woman
finds the courage to speak.
