Last month, House Republicans advanced a spending bill that would eliminate $2
billion for the Affordable Care Act, threatening access to affordable health
coverage for millions of Americans.

I helped write and pass the Affordable Care Act. It gave over hundreds of
thousands of residents in my district access to affordable health insurance.
Under the ACA, Sacramento County's uninsured rate fell by roughly 57%.
