The Iowa Senate race is shaping up to be one of the closest races in the country.

A recent poll shows Democratic candidate Theresa Greenfield three points behind anti-choice Republican Senator Joni Ernst. And while this spread is still a dead heat -- well within the margin of error -- I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit troubled by this news.
