Jack,

While COVID-19 cases are still on the rise, our healthcare system is overworked and undersupplied, and small businesses and families are in need of financial assistance.

The coronavirus stimulus packages that have already been implemented are expected to run out soon including small business loans and unemployment assistance. And we must put pressure on Republicans to provide immediate relief to compensate for many of these expiring benefits.

House Democrats passed the HEROES Act, which would extend some of the benefits of previous relief bills, as well as new provisions that expand paid leave, small-business protections, funding for election assistance, and so much more.

While Americans are struggling to get by, Mitch McConnell turns a blind eye, with the HEROES Act lying on his desk.

This pandemic is far from over— we urgently need to pass the next federal response bill.

We still need 2,000 signatures by MIDNIGHT to show strong public support and urgency. Sign the petition to put pressure on the Senate and tell Mitch McConnell to do their job. Add your name now to demand that the HEROES Act gets passed immediately >>

Thank you for taking action,

Maggie
