This race is personal for me, and I'll tell you why.
Massachusetts is my home. I grew up here, and Lauren and I are
raising our children here. Fighting for the Commonwealth is what
I know best - it's in my blood.
I knew from the beginning that this race would be a challenge.
But I knew this was a chance to give Massachusetts a Senator who
will fight alongside them in the trenches. It was too important
to let pass by.
Ed Markey thinks his job starts and ends in Washington. But we
know there's so much more to it. Let's be clear, the work done in
Washington is extremely important. I know what it takes to get
things done in DC - from expanding access to mental health care
to fortifying American manufacturing, I'm proud of the work I've
done in Congress.
And I'm ready to continue that in the Senate. Because this job
is also about what you do for the entire commonwealth. What
impacts one corner of this state impacts every corner of this
state.
Serving as a U.S. Senator offers you a tremendous platform,
opportunity and responsibility to lead our party and our country
forward. Yet, Ed Markey sees it differently. He hardly spends
time here, and we continue to hear stories of constituents who
asked for help and didn't get it. He spent less time in
Massachusetts last year than Elizabeth Warren as she traveled the
nation running for President!
If you're ready for a Senator who will put in the work and show
up for our communities, make a donation to our campaign in these
critical final days.

Your support now is make-or-break - no exaggeration.
If I am lucky enough to serve as Massachusetts' next Senator,
here is the promise I make to you:
I will fight as hard for you every single day as you fight for
your own family. I will give every inch of myself to this job and
to the causes of our time -- economic justice, civil rights,
climate action, health care for all. I will give more to this
seat because I believe you deserve more from it.
I would be honored to have your vote on Sept. 1.
Let's cross the finish line strong.
Thanks,
-- Joe
