I woke up this morning with a little extra pep in my step -- my team just told me we hit our fundraising goal! This is huge for our campaign, especially as we get ready for what comes next in this race.

And the fact that we reached our goal in August, a month that’s historically bad for raising money, just shows me that this team is here for the long haul.

I couldn’t be more grateful. To me, every single person who’s chipped in is someone who doesn’t just believe in our message of finding our common purpose to solve our common problems -- but is ready to chip in to make it a reality. At a time when some of our leaders are doing everything they can to drive us apart, that really means something powerful.
