New Zealand is a trading nation, with one in four jobs linked to trade.
In 2023, we committed to securing a trade deal with India – and we delivered.
Now we’ll bring that same ambition to the next billion customers, by pursuing new markets, including Brazil, Switzerland, and Argentina over the next five years.
Every extra sale offshore means more jobs and higher wages here at home and every new trade deal could deliver billions of dollars in economic activity.
