I just sent my opponent, Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, a cease and desist for defaming me in a campaign ad.

I’m Bob Harvie, the Democrat running in PA-01 — one of the top pickup opportunities for Democrats in the country.

If Fitzpatrick had a record to run on or if he’d accomplished anything in the past ten years, he’d be talking about that. Instead, all he can do is lie. Will you help me fire him in November and flip the U.S. House?

I bet when he launched this ridiculous ad, Fitzpatrick thought I wouldn’t fight back.

Boy, was he wrong…

This is not politics as usual. These are conscious and deliberate lies, and they are defamatory.

I sent Fitzpatrick a cease and desist because I won't let Republican lies influence yet another election. We need to show Brian Fitzpatrick, Mike Johnson, and Donald Trump that we're done with "leaders" who are more committed to lying and sowing division than actually working for the American people.

Pennsylvanians deserve better. And I believe we have what it takes to fire Fitzpatrick and take back the Democratic House Majority.
