The June FEC public filing deadline is behind us.

I want to take a moment before the next push to say something I can’t say enough: thank you. Not in a formulaic, out-of-habit way. In a I-read-the-news-every-morning-and-I-know-what-it-costs-people-to-keep-showing-up way.

Thank you.

That number — the one in our public filing that GOP operatives are going to pore over — is proof that this community is real and this campaign is serious, and this coalition is strong and growing. It doesn’t happen on its own.

It’s driven by the hard work and dedication of so many of you, and I don’t take it for granted for even a second. I take it with me to the fights in Congress. It gives me the strength and motivation to keep going.

So John, as we head into the holiday weekend celebrating this country, I want to wish you a Happy Fourth of July full of joy, community, and rest.
