FSC Speak Out: Letting Creators Tell Their Own Stories

The Free Speech Coalition and EPA United have launched FSC Speak Out ( [link removed] ) , a new media campaign that puts the voices of adult creators at the center of conversations about the industry. The project features interviews with 22 performers sharing their experiences, the opportunities they have found through their work, and the challenges they face navigating stigma and discrimination.

Throughout the summer, FSC will release creator-led videos and stories addressing common misconceptions about the industry and the real-world impact of policies targeting adult workers. Federal Court Dismisses NCOSE AV Lawsuit Filed In Kansas

NCOSE Lawyers Got Caught Citing Fake Cases. Their Corrected Brief Had More Fake Cases.

A federal judge sanctioned attorneys representing the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) and local counsel after court filings contained fabricated AI-generated legal citations, including in amended briefs submitted after the errors had already been identified. The court ordered the attorneys to pay the defendant’s legal fees, finding they failed to properly verify citations and continued relying on nonexistent cases despite repeated warnings. Texas Court Orders Adult Site Domain Locked For AV Violations

A Texas district court ordered domain registry Verisign to lock the domain of adult website Motherless after operator Kick Online Entertainment failed to comply with the state’s age verification law, marking what appears to be the first state-ordered domain seizure tied to AV violations. Is There Another Industry As Queer As Adult?

New data from SWR Data’s 2025 State of the Creator survey found that nearly 70% of adult creators identify as LGBTQ+, with bisexual and pansexual creators making up the largest groups. While LGBTQ+ and heterosexual creators reported similar average earnings overall, trans and nonbinary creators earned significantly less and were more likely to experience harassment, content moderation, platform bans, and revenue losses. The report argues that the adult industry is a predominantly queer workforce while calling for greater recognition and support for LGBTQ+ creators, particularly those who are trans and nonbinary.
