In case you missed it, MAGA extremist Rep. Andy Biggs voted AGAINST lowering housing costs for Arizonans last week.
This was the first major housing affordability package Congress has seen in 30 years, and even though it had widespread bipartisan support, Biggs was one of only 32 members who voted to block it.
Not only that, but he did it to side with Donald Trump. The president is refusing to sign this legislation into law after it passed both the House and Senate, holding it hostage until Congress passes his voter suppression bill known as the SAVE Act.

While Biggs plays politics, Katie is delivering real results to make housing more affordable in Arizona, including:
- Eliminating the municipal residential sales tax for renters.
- Creating the ‘Arizona is Home' housing program to provide enhanced down payment assistance and mortgage interest rate relief to qualifying first-time homebuyers.
- Launching the Housing Acceleration Fund, which combines public and private money to build affordable housing more quickly.
Under her leadership, Arizona has broken ground on more affordable housing units in the past three years than in any other three-year period in state history!
