This morning, the Supreme Court made it easier for MAGA billionaires and the GOP to work together to spend massive amounts for their candidates.
Here’s what that means: The Court just eliminated a longstanding guardrail meant to stop wealthy donors from using the GOP’s national party committees as a back door to buy influence with politicians.
In Michigan, it makes our work harder.
National Republicans and their billionaire allies were already trying to buy this seat for Mike Rogers. Now the NRSC and the MAGA donor machine have even more room to flood our state with millions to stop our momentum.
But money cannot outwork a grassroots campaign powered by people who believe this state is worth fighting for.
