They passed a bipartisan bill to crack down on Wall Street investors buying up single-family homes.
It was a real chance to bring housing costs down. But then, Trump killed it.
He's refusing to sign the bill unless Congress first passes his so-called SAVE America Act, a voter suppression bill he's been pushing for months.
When given the choice between helping families afford a home and making it harder for Americans to vote, Trump chose voter suppression. And MAGA Republicans in Congress are letting him.
The only way to stop this extreme agenda is to flip the House. And the path to the House Majority runs straight through California.
