In the Florida primary last week, nearly 60% of voters voted by mail. We are thrilled that turnout has blown past expectations, but it also means we have to shift our campaign spending earlier than planned so we can reach voters before they send in their ballots. This means we have to raise more now, not later.
If voters don't hear from Andrew before they cast their vote, we'll go into Election Day with a disadvantage. And that's something we can't afford to have happen.
