This week, Tony Gonzales showed us his true cowardice and colors by accepting his party's bigotry towards me and the entire LGBTQ community.

The National Republican Campaign Committee sent out talking points for national dark money Super PACs with suggestions about how to use my sexual orientation against me when communicating with voters. They even went so far as to include a picture of me and my partner, something not done for any other Democratic candidate.

And what did Tony Gonzales do in response to these homophobic attacks? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Someone unwilling to stand up for all Texans doesn't deserve to represent any Texans.
