John,

I’ll be honest — I was deeply encouraged by yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling.

In a major victory for women and girls, the Court upheld the ability of states like West Virginia and Idaho to protect women’s sports by restricting female athletic competition to biological females.

This is a victory for fairness, common sense, and every woman and girl who deserves the opportunity to compete on a level playing field.

Yesterday’s ruling sent a powerful message:

Truth matters.

Biology matters.

And protecting girls is not a violation of Title IX.

At the Center for American Liberty, we were proud to play a role in this fight by filing amicus briefs in support of protecting women’s sports and defending the rights of women and girls.

Yesterday was an important step forward — but the fight is far from over.

Thank you for standing with us as we continue defending truth, fairness, and fundamental liberties.

Sincerely,

Mark Trammell

CEO
