I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Really.

This quarter we set an ambitious goal and you helped us get there. That is not something I take for granted. Because of you, we have been able to keep fighting.

Fighting to save clean energy projects that will lower your bills.

Fighting to protect health care for Rhode Islanders.

Fighting to reign in an administration that thinks they can act without consequence.

Fighting for veterans who deserve better than what they have been given.

Every contribution, big or small, is a vote of confidence that what we are doing in Washington matters, and that this race is worth fighting for.

I think about that every time I walk onto the House floor, every time I ask a tough question in a hearing room, and every time I refuse to back down when it would be easier to stay quiet. None of that happens without you standing with me.

So from the bottom of my heart, thank you. We have a lot of work ahead of us, and I could not be more grateful to have you in this fight.
