Endorsements are a part of every campaign season. But we don’t hear much about what goes into endorsing someone for office. So let me give you a peek behind the curtain:

When you’re thinking about endorsing a candidate you want someone who reflects your values, who champions issues that are important to you, and who you believe will serve the people they’re running to represent.
