This past weekend, my team and I were proud to be at Nashville Pride.
Not for a photo op. Not to check a box on a campaign schedule. but ecause every person at that festival deserves a representative who shows up for them.
Let me be direct about where I stand.
The LGBTQ+ community in Tennessee has been under sustained, deliberate attack by the same political machine that Scott DesJarlais has loyally served for 14 years. Anti-trans legislation targeting kids. Bills designed to strip rights from families. Laws that treat entire communities as problems to be solved rather than people to be represented.
I’m running for Congress on the principle that everyone deserves representation. If you agree with me, I’d be honored to have your help reach our monthly goal! We are only $300 away! [ [link removed] ]
I believe every person in Tennessee’s 4th District deserves to live freely, love openly, and exist without fear of their own government. That includes the young people I met at Pride who told me they have never had a congressional candidate show up for them before.
That changes now.
To every person who stopped by our booth, took a flyer, or just smiled seeing “Mike Cortese for Tennessee” in that crowd, thank you. You reminded me exactly why this fight matters.
And to everyone reading this: we are closing out the month and every dollar right now directly fuels our ability to reach more communities, knock more doors, and build the kind of campaign that wins.
Chip in $20 before midnight tonight. Let’s finish this month strong and fight for everyone. [ [link removed] ]
