The DCCC just added us to its Red to Blue program because they know that we are in a position to win, and that flipping NY-01 is key to expanding our Democratic majority in the House. 

This is great news for our campaign -- and we wouldn't have earned the recognition and support of the DCCC's highly competitive and battle-tested program without your continued backing.

Together, we have built a strategy to defeat Zeldin in November, and I want you to know that you are a key part of our plan to win.
 
My team has run the numbers over and over. Right now, this is a very tight race. We’re within striking distance -- Cook Political upgraded our chances, a DCCC poll last week shows we’re leading by 2 points, and our internal polling shows that when voters learn about my work as a scientist and chemist, we overwhelmingly gain the support needed to secure victory. 

Over the next 69 days, we need to make sure voters hear that message, but I need you with me.

P.S. Today is the Centennial of Women's Suffrage, which marks the day the 19th amendment was passed, guaranteeing that no one could be turned away from the polls or refused their right to vote on the basis of gender alone. While this was a major turning point for women's rights and in our nation's history, voter suppression tactics were still used to prevent Black and Latina women from voting.

As protesters across the country continue to rise up to demand racial justice and equality, it's important that we acknowledge that we still have a lot of work to do -- 100 years later. On such an important day, I'm glad you're in this fight with me because together we can make the world a better place.
