Our legal team just beat the RNC at the Supreme Court to protect mail-in voting.

Today, the Supreme Court ruled against the RNC in the case Watson v. Republican National Committee, rejecting their challenge to a Mississippi law that allows ballots postmarked by Election Day to be received and counted within five days of the election.

This is a MAJOR win, and it will protect eligible voters from being disenfranchised by postal delays around Election Day.

Now, before we celebrate, we’re not out of the woods yet. Trump signed an executive order to severely restrict vote-by-mail nationwide, and we’re suing to stop him.

So we have to ask: Will you chip in to the DNC Fight Fund to help save vote-by-mail as we know it?

Legal battles are time-consuming and costly. Thousands upon thousands of donations are what helped the DNC go up against Republicans and beat them in the highest court in the land — and grassroots donations may decide whether we can win our other lawsuits.
