* Community office space — a shared hub for PA Democrats from multiple campaigns, coordinating in one room instead of five separate ones
* A new campaign bus on the road — reaching voters in every corner of SE PA and beyond
* New volunteers onboarded — people who decided five months out that watching wasn’t enough
* A coordinated PA operation — voter file, field infrastructure, and digital reach that lifts every Democrat on the ballot, not just Mary Gay
* Democracy Summer — fellows in the field right now, running voter contact in communities across SE PA
All of that is the foundation. The next five months are when it goes to work.
