I'm running for U.S. Senate in Georgia, and my friend, progressive champion Sen. Ed Markey, is running for reelection in Massachusetts. Like me, Ed didn't grow up with much in the way of resources - he was raised in a working-class family. His dad was a union leader and milkman, and Ed drove an ice cream truck to pay for college. He understands the struggles working families are facing because he's lived them, and in the Senate, he's been one of the strongest leaders fighting to give them a voice in their government.

Ed and I are doing everything we can to take back the Senate for Democrats because we're fed up with the wealthy getting wealthier, while the rest of us struggle for a living wage.
