Friend,
Tyrant state Sen. Anthony Portantino is outraged that CGF has
challenged his 2A age ban in court.
The senator's office recently issued a laughable defense of his SB
1100, which has effectively rendered millions of California adults
defenseless.
FIGHT THIS TYRANT!
"Here, you cannot purchase alcohol, tobacco or rent a car
at 18 so putting an age restriction on gun purchases is an effective
and legal practice," Portantino said in a release.

Luckily, unlike Portantino, CGF actually understands the
Constitution. That's why we're going full speed ahead on our lawsuit -
which has been reported on by the LA Times, Fox News, and many
others.
FIGHT THIS TYRANT!
It is unacceptable that Californians under 21 could now be asked to
give their lives in war, but denied the same rights afforded to other
adults.
And it's deeply troubling that Sen. Portantino thinks that
fundamental rights enshrined in our Constitution can simply be
stripped away because of how the state regulates cars.
FIGHT THIS TYRANT!
Worse, this is exactly the kind of logic that could be used
to justify even greater infringements on the Second
Amendment.
Which is why we're urging all California gun
owners to support CGF's lawsuit against this reckless age ban
today.
Sen. Portantino claims CGF's litigation is a "dumb and heartless
effort."
Help us repeal the age ban and show Portantino
he's dead wrong by donating today.
Sincerely,
The Calguns Foundation
