Folks — What has tens of billions in taxpayer dollars, soaring gas prices, a depleted arsenal, and the alienation of our closest allies actually bought us?

Nothing.

We're right back where we started. Just significantly poorer, significantly more isolated, and with a far more volatile relationship with the Middle East to show for it.

I said it before and I'll say it again: the Trump Administration started the Iran war with no clear objective, no plan of action, and without a semblance of a plan for how they’d end it.

Now, we're the ones bearing the consequences. In higher energy costs. In the loss of American lives. In a region that is less stable today than it was six months ago. In a loss of standing on the world stage that will take years to rebuild.

While all of that was unfolding, I was in Washington focused on delivering real, tangible results for the families and communities of IL-06.

But to make bigger changes and hold this administration accountable, we need to flip the House blue this November and hold every seat we've got, including mine.
