Friend — some bad news, and some good news.
The bad: We are just four days away from perhaps the most important FEC fundraising deadline of the entire election year, and our fundraising is still just way, way behind where we hoped it would be.
Things have slowed down. We don’t know why. We’re less than two months from Primary Election Day, and we’ve been non-stop organizing to oppose Trump’s harmful agenda in our district. We need resources to keep it up.
The good: No matter how far behind we are, four days is more than enough time to turn that around. We could even do it in a matter of hours.
That’s because we don’t suck up to billionaires and corporate lobbyists to raise money. We have thousands, if not millions, of like-minded folks out there who understand the stakes of this year’s elections and believe in what Ilhan stands for.
