Republican strategists, donors, and outside groups are already preparing to pour money into South Carolina. Their goal is simple: define Jermaine before he can define himself.

At a time when working families are being crushed by rising costs, housing is unaffordable, and too many politicians are looking out for special interests instead of ordinary people, South Carolina has a chance to choose a different path.
