Dear Friend,
Our youngest daughter, Lorena, has always demonstrated a strong desire to help others and always goes out of her way to do so. However, even the strongest people need help. Help us send Lorena to the U.S. Senate! Let us tell you why we think Lorena is the best person to represent the state of Colorado in the U.S. Senate. In our travels with her across the state attending meet and greets, county Democrat meetings and knocking on doors, Lorena has remained consistent with her message of putting the people of Colorado first. We have witnessed her conversations and connecting with people from all walks of life; people with diverse abilities, people from diverse ethnic backgrounds, farmers, ranchers, fossil fuel industry workers, working families, seniors, millennials, members of her own LGBTQ community. Her message of equitable policy and people-centered decision-making resonates with ALL of these groups of people! People say she is "a breath of fresh air," she is "the fighter we need," that she "is not afraid to say what is needed," and that "her history reflects her path." This woman is tireless. She can go from one end of the state to the other in a single day because she believes so much that a senator should represent the whole state. We urge you to support her and help her push the bar that challenges all candidates to be better.
