The Republican National Convention is underway and it's clear just how important this year's election will be. We've already started to hear speeches from Republican leaders from across the country about their agenda, which doesn't include an actual policy platform this year, just a commitment to support Donald Trump.

This week will show us why it's crucial we not only defeat Donald Trump in November, but protect our Democratic House majority, too.

With so much on the line this November, we can't afford to take anything for granted. An article from the Washington Post said the results of our top-two primary -- where Republicans outvoted Democrats 49% to 47% -- indicate experts might be dangerously underestimating Trump and Republicans' prospects this election, just like they did in 2016.

With the most important election of our lifetime just 70 days away, we need all hands on deck to protect Kim's seat and the Democratic House majority. Will you chip in $5 or more before our end-of-month deadline to help us keep Kim in Congress fighting for us?

Kim's seat is crucial to the Republicans' plan to retake the House majority. They named her a target just days after she was sworn into office. It's been a decade since the party that won the primary lost the general election in Washington State. That means our district is at risk.

The odds are stacked against us, but we're not scared of a challenge. With grassroots support, we flipped this district blue for the first time ever in 2018. We can keep it blue again this year and protect our House majority, but only with your support.
