Last week’s Democratic Convention reinvigorated our entire team, John, as we’re now just 70 days from the election. Though it was held virtually, the powerful convention speakers reminded us what’s at stake, and how important it is to continue getting the word out about Mike’s campaign.
Very soon, CA-49 voters will begin receiving their mail-in ballots. With COVID-19 limiting in-person voting, we need to ramp up our voter contact efforts significantly to reach even more first-time and undecided voters before ballots hit mailboxes.
Team Levin organizers are gearing up for the most important stretch of our campaign to date. So we’ve set a goal of raising $25,000 to fund our field program’s outreach efforts. Can you chip in $3 to help us reach more undecided voters?
COVID-19 may have altered how we’re running this campaign, but it hasn’t changed the fact that we still have to reach voters directly about the work Mike is doing for our community.
We’re expecting the Republicans to try and hammer us with expensive TV ads and mailers over the next two months. We believe person-to-person organizing -- whether it’s happening through our phone banks, texting program, social media -- is going to be a crucial part of countering their attacks and winning this race.
