This would be funny if it wasn't so outrageous.

As the Republican Convention got underway, its delegates voted to "enthusiastically support the President's America-first agenda" and to "adjourn without adopting a new platform".

Think about that.

In the midst of a pandemic and an economic crisis, the Republican Party is literally refusing to propose any new solutions--other than whatever Donald Trump decides to tweet on any given day.

It's a stunning abdication of leadership.

And it is proof that the Republican Party has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trump Inc. A cult of personality.

If we're going to get America back on track, we must do more than defeat Donald Trump. We must win so resoundingly that we leave no doubt. And we must defeat his allies, his sycophants, his enablers,
