Friend — last night was huge!
Three progressive challengers took on the establishment in Congressional primaries and won big, pushed along by incredible grassroots energy and on-the-ground community organizing.
Brad Lander ran on denouncing AIPAC and Israel’s genocide, and promised voters that he would fight for an end to the violence and occupation.
Claire Valdez made it clear that she would put renters and workers first, not wealthy landlords and corporate CEOs.
Darializa Avila Chevalier spoke to the affordability crisis and pledged to fund healthcare and childcare rather than bombs and wars overseas.
Friend — when I was first elected to Congress, they called us ‘The Squad.’ Four progressive women of color who were ready to reject the status quo and fight for the better future we know is possible.
Now, because of the tireless work of this movement, The Squad is bigger than ever before, and growing fast.
These victories make it clear that the American people are quickly waking up to the realities of our time. The wealthy and powerful are taking home more and more while the rest of us are left to struggle to afford the essentials. Trump has exposed the deep corruption, authoritarianism, and militarism of the far-right, and voters of all kinds are ready for something drastically different.
But remember, election season is far from over, and we are now less than two months from primary day here in Minnesota. I need your help if we’re going to hold this seat and continue to lead the opposition to Trump, ICE, AIPAC, and the rest of MAGA.
Help me join this exciting new class of progressive fighters in Congress by chipping in to my campaign today. We are building something real across this country, a movement that rejects business as usual and dares to dream of a bold way forward. I need you with me in this fight. Chip in →
