We’ve already known for quite some time that Trump is targeting Minnesota’s 8th Congressional District — he is scared of losing Minnesota, and he knows MN-08 is key.
 
In case you missed it, here’s a summary of their master scheme to flip our state red and what we're up against:

Earlier this summer, Trump dumped millions into advertising here and opened up offices across our state after making bold statements about sweeping Minnesota victories.

Last month, Ivanka Trump came to Duluth for a publicity stunt to prop up Pete Stauber’s campaign.
 
Later, Donald Trump tweeted his support of Pete Stauber and asked his tens of millions of national followers to donate to Stauber’s campaign.
 
Then, Donald Trump visited Minnesota touting his plans to take over the Iron Range, our region, as the key to winning Minnesotans over. This was shortly after the CLF (a major Republican PAC) poured $2.5 million into advertisements to attack Democrats in our state.

Now, Mike Pence is coming to Duluth on Friday.
 
Quinn has momentum, and that’s why Trump’s team is pouring resources into our district. The scariest part is that these GOP efforts just might work. They have the money and power to influence Minnesota voters, and we cannot let it happen.

We need to be prepared to deflect any attempts to stifle Quinn’s message. Our momentum is rising, but if we don't keep it moving upward and double down, we won't stand a fighting chance.
