I want to take a minute to explain why our August fundraising deadline matters so much more right now.

It should come as no surprise that campaigning during a pandemic is making this year uniquely challenging. We’re in the final two-and-half months of this race -- the time we’d normally be knocking on as many doors in the Third District as we can. Obviously, that can’t happen now.

But we can’t just sit back -- voters will start receiving their ballots in the weeks ahead. We’re making decisions every day to change how we reach voters and help folks safely cast their ballots -- all while the other side is doing everything it can to make voting harder.

Our end-of-month fundraising deadline will help our campaign shift gears and fight misinformation wherever it rears its ugly head. That means spending more of our budget on voter education -- can you chip in before our August deadline to help fund these efforts?
