Hi, Sister District DC/VA/MD Volunteers!
First, we'd like to welcome some new members into our chapter--hello, Maryland! We're glad to have you. As our chapter is expanding, be on the lookout for some changes to our name to encompass all of our members (we'll keep you posted!). Don't forget to join us at 6:30 this Wednesday to phone bank for our great candidates in Pennsylvania, Deb Ciamacca and Jonathan Kassa! If you haven't phone banked before, don't worry, experienced volunteers will be there to help.
Thank you for all you've done so far this election cycle! For the donations, for the phone calls, for any hours you've put in to help Sister District this year. As President Obama said at last week's DNC, "Do what Americans have done for over two centuries when faced with even tougher times than this -- all those quiet heroes who found the courage to keep marching, keep pushing in the face of hardship and injustice."
