John: At every opportunity, Donald Trump has spread misinformation about the election – from calling mail-in ballots "fraudulent" to waging a war on the U.S. Postal Service to stop universal vote-by-mail.

Now, Trump has threatened to delay November's election – all because he knows he’ll lose if people are able to vote. But let me be clear: He does not have the power to change Election Day, and this is a blatantly unconstitutional attempt to suppress the right to vote.
