Thanks, you fabulously involved folks! We are making a difference in the last days of the 2020 Legislature. We URGE you to now focus on stopping the TWO WORST BILLS from going to Gov. Newsom. SB 1120 and AB 725 are in play.

 

We urge you now, Monday, to take 5 minutes:

 

Oppose SB 1120, the rotten apple of 2020. It will harm your thriving, single-family street with senseless demolition and construction of 4 unaffordable houses where 1 house stands now. It's particularly devastating to hard-hit Black and Latino homeowner communities.

Call YOUR ASSEMBLYMEMBER HERE, and send an anti-SB 1120 LETTER HERE:

 

Oppose AB 725, cousin to SB 1120. It will harm stable, thriving, single-family streets 2-3 years from now, a sleeper with a nasty punch. From the suburbs to the urban core, it allows the buying out and razing of single-family communities from East L.A. to West Los Angeles.

Yes, they'll take notice! We believe votes on SB 1120 and AB 725 will likely be Tues., tomorrow.
